Return Policy

As an individual, you are entitled to return your purchase within 14 days according to our return policy. Note that you are responsible for shipping when you return your purchase. Keep in mind that the selected freight service should include delivery.

Complaints

Maptun inspects every shipment before sending it to you. Should the item still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake to remedy the error free of charge. Visible transport damage must be reported directly to the driver.
